In her current role, Marcia serves as recruiter, coach, and instructor, helping real estate agents grow their businesses and reach their fullest potential. She is deeply committed to creating an environment where agents are supported, trained, and inspired — while also continuing to serve her own real estate clients as a trusted Gulf Coast Realtor. Marcia has a proven history as a top producer. Before real estate, she spent nearly 20 years in the travel industry where she successfully managed more than 200 employees and oversaw accounts such as American Airlines, Expedia.com, US Airways, and Hotwire. Marcia has always been deeply involved in her community. She has served on the Navarre Beach Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, chaired multiple committees with the Navarre Area Board of Realtors, and was part of the founding vision for the Keller Williams Business Center in Navarre (2013) and its second branch office on Navarre Beach (2016). In addition, she has contributed her leadership to committees such as Professional Standards, Government Affairs, MLS, and Professional Development, and has volunteered for countless community causes including Caring & Sharing, Habitat for Humanity, Red Day, Beach Clean-ups, and teaching classes at the Navarre Senior Center.
🌸 Outside of real estate, Marcia is a certified yoga instructor, which reflects her commitment to balance and self-care. She is also a proud mother of two grown children and “Mimi” to four grandchildren, roles she considers her greatest joy.
