Some real estate stories just hit differently.

A friend of ours in Ohio referred her friends to David and me as they prepared to PCS to Florida, and what happened next is exactly why relationships mean everything in this business.

The seller was planning to sell the home herself, and before it ever officially hit the market, we FaceTimed the property with our buyers from Ohio. The second they saw it, they fell in love. Today is closing day.

What makes this one extra special is the people involved. Our buyers trusted us from hundreds of miles away during a major life transition, and the seller has been absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. Even though we didn’t represent her, by the end of this transaction it felt more like helping friends than simply closing a deal.

These are the moments that remind me real estate is so much more than contracts and keys. It is trust, connection, timing, and people coming together from different places to start a brand new chapter.

Congratulations to everyone involved today. David and I are so excited for this next season for our buyers and grateful for the friendships made along the way.

Well I’ll be… we struck oil… or at least we struck SOLD out here at 6732 Deena Street in Navarre.

This one took a minute, y’all. She sat on the front porch waitin’, sippin’ sweet tea, watchin folks come and go… just waitin’ on the right kind of buyers to pull up and say “yep, this is the one.”

And sure enough… they did.

Not every home sells overnight. Some of them take their time, like a good southern story, and when the right people walk through the door, it just clicks.

There are moments in this business that just feel bigger than real estate… and this was one of them.

I had the absolute honor of working with military buyers who were referred to me by a dear friend (and you know referrals mean everything in my world). From the very first conversation, I knew how important it was to find them not just a house… but the right home...and then… we found it.
