๐Ÿก Realtor job description update...

When your lender tells you there's a bolt that needs to be removed before closing, you don't ask questions. You grab your cute black and pink tool kit, your drill, and head to the house๐Ÿ˜‚

Today's mission was removing a bolt from a pending manufactured home. And yes, I was doing it in a dress๐Ÿ˜…

The problem? The bolt was behind the lattice under the deck. I managed to remove most of the screws holding the lattice in place, but that last screw had other plans. No matter what I tried, it wasn't coming out.

So, I never even made it to the bolt๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ

Thankfully, my client is coming to the rescue tomorrow to finish the job and get that stubborn piece of lattice off.

Real estate is not always pretty photos, open houses, and signing papers. Sometimes it's showing up with a drill, getting dirty, and doing whatever you can to help get a transaction to the closing table๐Ÿงฐ
