SOLD! 🎉

This home was listed as a short sale, and there was nothing "short" about it! 😅 We listed in November, received an offer in December, and finally made it to the closing table yesterday.

A huge thank you to the buyers and buyers agent for their incredible patience and for loving this home enough to stick with the process. Short sales come with a lot of extra steps, paperwork, and waiting, but we made it!

To my sellers, thank you for trusting me during such a difficult chapter of life. Sometimes things happen that are beyond our control, and helping people navigate those moments is one of the reasons I love what I do. This may have been one of the longest transactions I've worked, but it was also one of the most rewarding.

One of my favorite parts of this job is getting everyone to the closing table and seeing the buyer and seller instantly hit it off. There’s something special about hearing the stories, memories, and excitement shared at closing. Moments like that remind me that real estate is about so much more than just houses, it’s about people and new chapters. ❤️

I was actually on vacation during the sale of their home, but I was so thankful to be back in time to sit at the table with them as they closed on their new home!

One of the best parts of this job is getting to meet so many amazing people, and over time clients really start to feel like family. I’m honestly going to miss hearing the kids playing in the background during our calls and conversations. ❤️
