Julius is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and uses his knowledge & experience after 25+ years in the real estate & home building industries to help clients with all their real estate needs. In 1999, Julius voluntarily left the corporate world at UPS to pursue a career in Real Estate. After his first two years at a major franchised firm, Julius was selected as the firm's Vice-President of Sales. A year later, Julius obtained his Real Estate Broker's license and opened a nationally recognized independent real estate franchise firm and delegated the majority of his time focusing on the growth and development of other real estate agents as their Broker. Over the years, Julius has helped hundreds of real estate agents become successful all over Texas; as well as helping hundreds of clients fulfil their real estate transactions. Eloise obtained her real estate license in 2003 and enjoys showing properties to our buyers and staging property for our sellers. Eloise spent numerous years in the orthodontic industry and runs an on-line clothing boutique, Casa Creek Boutique, working along side our daughter Haley. Eloise is also a Sales Representative for New Braunfels Lifestyle Magazine - a job that allows her to meet many local business owners, something she thoroughly enjoys! Julius grew up in rural Texas farming, ranching, and working the land. He is an avid Baseball fan, loves to play golf, hunt, fish, and spend time on their ranch in Lavaca County. Eloise is an avid tennis player and currently plays at John Newcome Country Club in New Braunfels. She also enjoys a good game of Pickleball and loves to decorate for special events! This is not a blanket rejection of open houses. When executed effectively, they can serve as a legitimate lead-generation tool. However, in practice, many agents receive minimal preparation, not only in how to run a successful open house, but more critically, in how to do so safely.
