Weโ€™re excited to share a project update on Parkway Crossing, our thoughtfully designed residential community taking shape in Crystal Lake.

Located at 378 Commons Drive, Parkway Crossing represents a landmark collaboration between Three Leaf Partners and Immanuel Lutheran Church and School, transforming 23.8 acres of underutilized, church-owned land into a purpose-driven, high-amenity residential community.

The 220-unit Class A development will feature 11 two-story, direct-entry buildings anchored by a central clubhouse and surrounded by generous green space. Just one mile from downtown Crystal Lake and moments from the Three Oaks Recreation Center, Parkway Crossing is designed to combine accessibility, comfort, and a strong sense of community.

Rooted in Three Leaf Partnersโ€™ mission of Impact Through Real Estate, the project creates a sustainable source of support for Immanuel Lutheranโ€™s ministry while bringing new housing, recreation, and long-term community value to Crystal Lake.
