TEI has acquired two in-fill industrial warehouse properties located at 5902 E. 34th Street and 7800 Record Street in the Northeast Indianapolis submarket. The assets comprise approximately 276,077 square feet and offer convenient access to major transportation routes including I- 70, 1-465, and throughout the metropolitan area.
The acquisition of 7800 Records and 5902 E 34th Street is a further example of TEI’s strategy of purchasing in-fill industrial assets below replacement cost, with in-place income and a pathway for future economic growth.
