The Charleston Area Realtist Association (CARA) was proudly represented at the NAREB Region V Conference!

A special thank you to NAREB President Ashley Thomas III and Region V Vice President Denise Franklin for delivering an outstanding conference centered around Advocacy, Affordability & Access. From leadership development and AI training to RPR education, advocacy discussions, developers, and new construction, attendees left equipped with valuable tools to better serve our communities.

A special thank you to Winston-Salem State University for hosting this phenomenal event, and congratulations to NAREB on the official proclamation of NAREB Day in Winston-Salem on May 29, 2026—a tremendous honor recognizing the organization's commitment to expanding Black homeownership and building generational wealth.

We are proud to be part of an organization that continues to bridge the gap and create opportunities through education, advocacy, and action.
