Ruthie Oland Real Estate Upon returning to the US, I moved to Northampton, MA, where I have blissfully lived since.

As a Keller Williams agent, local real estate entrepreneur, artist, and homeowner, I bring a sophisticated understanding of the Pioneer Valley and a creative, joyful, and patient approach to my clients home search and selling experience. After graduating from Barnard College, Columbia University, I lived in Israel, where I was the recipient of a Dorot Fellowship, to study Hebrew, Jewish studies, and Talmud. I earned my MBA from the Isenberg School of Business at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and founded a real estate investment company in 2018 called Happy Valley Rentals, LLC. In addition to my love of Western Massachusetts, and real estate, I am also a professional watercolor artist (Ruthie Oland-Stuckey Watercolors), and an active volunteer for the Movement Voter Project. I live just outside of Northampton, MA with my husband, Dave, son, Aviv, and baby, Liora. As a realtor, I focus on listening and understanding my clients needs.
