Spoken For! ❤️ My client won the bidding war and beat out 3 other offers to get this gem.

I’m over the moon for my clients, G & J 🙏. They get a coveted city and neighborhood and the schools! BINGO!

We met at my listing in El Cerrito earlier in year and they weren’t exactly ready, had a fabulous vacation to Italy already line up and I also encouraged them to be patient and wait after the early spring competition and high prices die down. We really got to work on May. After all, summer is my favorite time for seasonal low prices for buyers and getting them a deal. After touring the neighborhoods in Oakland and Richmond they explore Concord, but really wanted to be in Pleasant Hill for the schools and charming, coveted town. They found the house and then we got to work: kicking the tires on the structural and mechanical, digging into disclosures, being detectives through buyer investigation in person and online and reviewing my detailed pricing analysis.
