And that’s a wrap on our annual property tour!

Our final stop brought us to Tremont Square in Kansas City, Missouri, where we enjoyed seeing the property firsthand and connecting with our team.

From touring properties across our portfolio to spending time with the people who keep them looking and operating their best, this year's tour was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our communities, recognize the hard work behind each property, and appreciate everything that makes them unique.

Alex and Tammy recently headed to sunny San Diego for YASC, Yardi's annual national conference!

They spent their time checking out different Yardi products, attending educational sessions, and connecting with other industry professionals. Lots of great opportunities to learn something new and bring fresh ideas back to DP Management!

And of course, they squeezed in some time to take in the sights of San Diego, too!

Gloria Espejel shared tips and strategies for Social Media That Leases.

Bob Dean shared his multifamily experience and expertise during an insightful Q&A session.
