**This is the stuff you don’t usually see behind a closing. **
Yesterday was one of those domino closings where everything had to line up perfectly. A last-minute HOA holdup created some closing chaos, and our client was trying to get moved out of one unit and into the new unit before heading back North.
So once they left closing, their realtor Tim and I met our client at the condo and got to work. Mind you, it’s FL & it’s about 99 degrees.
We helped move their things in and out, navigated every narrow hallway, exit sign, tight corner and obstacle in our way — and got it all done in the nick of time.
Was moving furniture technically our job? Nope. 😂
Did we care? Also nope.
Because when we tell our clients **we're going to give you our all, we MEAN it.**
Sometimes that looks like answering the 47th question.
Sometimes it looks like making a million phone calls.
And sometimes it looks like putting in a little sweat equity and literally helping you move.
It’s so more than a transaction. It’s taking care of people.
And we’ll always do whatever we can to make a stressful day just a little easier. Even if it’s at the twelfth hour.
I’ve done a ton of crazy accommodating things for clients that they will never see.. and this isn’t a bragging post. It’s simply a reminder — who you work with, matters. Especially in a market like this. 🤎
