OSHA 30 is NOT enough.
You are legally required by Federal Law to be:
✅ EPA RRP Certified
Under the EPA Renovation, Repair & Painting (RRP) Rule, contractors disturbing:
More than 6 sq ft of interior (more that 2 sq/ft in HUD properties) surfaces
More than 20 sq ft exterior surfaces
Including childcare facilities built before 1978
Must be RRP certified.
