Pat Serkedakis joined Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston in 2008 after relocating to the Triangle from Atlanta, where he was a successful REALTOR. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA and a real estate and urban development major. Pat has been active in real estate sales, management, and training. He has experience and knowledge and has developed the skills and techniques nec
essary to excel in any market. Pat is well respected in the real estate business and was named REALTOR of the Year in 2022 by the Orange Chatham Association of REALTORS. Pat is married to Jane, and they have two daughters: Brinkley, who lives and works in New Orleans with her spouse, Alicia Franck; Emily, her husband, Paul McAllister; and Lyra, their daughter. Pat is an avid sports fan, and Jane is at home in her garden. They have a rescue dog named Harvey, after the hurricane that brought her to the family.
