One of my favorite parts of real estate is seeing what happens *after* the closing.
Back in 2024, I represented the buyers of this home. They didn’t just see the house for what it was at the time, they saw the potential. They had a vision for what this property could become, and I remember how excited they were about what they could do with it.
Fast forward to now and…WOW!!!🤩
They took that vision and actually made it happen, working with an incredible company like NG Masonry & Construction that absolutely knocked it out of the park.
This is exactly why I love what I do. Sometimes a buyer isn’t just buying a house, they’re buying the possibility of what it can become.

Helping friends sell their home is an honor, and I'm so grateful they trusted me with such an important milestone. Here in the FLX region of New York, we also hold a special connection to this day of remembrance. Waterloo is officially recognized by the U.S. government as the birthplace of Memorial Day. On May 5, 1866, the community came together to honor Civil War soldiers by decorating graves with flowers and flags - a tradition that continues today. In 1966, Lyndon B. Johnson formally recognized Waterloo’s historic role.💫

Today, we pause to remember, reflect, and honor those who gave everything for the freedoms we cherish every day.❤️🤍💙

Not every real estate transaction is picture-perfect. Sometimes deals fall apart. Sometimes the timing just isn’t right. And sometimes the most important part of the job is simply standing by your client, protecting them, and making sure they’re taken care of even when things don’t go as planned.💫

Three years ago, this buyer and I went under contract on a home and the deal ultimately fell apart. It was disappointing, stressful, and not the ending either of us hoped for- but through it all, I stayed committed to helping her navigate the process and protecting her best interests every step of the way.

She never forgot that.🫶

Fast forward three years later, in an incredibly competitive Fairport market, we wrote ONE offer… and it was accepted. She has officially closed on her beautiful new home, and I truly could not be happier for her.🤩
