Not every real estate transaction is picture-perfect. Sometimes deals fall apart. Sometimes the timing just isn’t right. And sometimes the most important part of the job is simply standing by your client, protecting them, and making sure they’re taken care of even when things don’t go as planned.💫
Three years ago, this buyer and I went under contract on a home and the deal ultimately fell apart. It was disappointing, stressful, and not the ending either of us hoped for- but through it all, I stayed committed to helping her navigate the process and protecting her best interests every step of the way.
