Honored to receive this for a 2ND time-- a "Torchbearer" is for the top 250 agents under 40 across the US & Canada. Frankly, I'm much more grateful for others, than I am proud of myself. This is a reflection of a few things; my wife Krista, my incredible team and support staff, and my clients and referral sources. In zero way, is this a solo award, because it's a reflection of all of you. Im so grateful for YOU ALL. I have only ever run my business on repeat clients and referrals. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I'm being honest: this is a wild business, and I work like an absolute dog. There's a lot of things that aren't sexy; working at 5am, or regularly working until midnight or so, or having to step away from important things at times. I'm very proud of where I am, and where the business is. But, in NO WAY, and I'm perfect or on top of the world. I have faults and blind spots, the business has shortcomings and weaknesses. Not only are we constantly changing and growing, but also reflecting and having to work on the small things as well. It's a humbling journey and business, and we're always working at it, and I'm genuinely grateful for all of your trust, and grace, and confidence, and referrals, and friendship. I'm so excited to see where the business goes, and would love to have you all along for the ride, and to have your continued love and support and referrals.
