We were up against multiple offers, and after a round of counters, several offers were very similar. At that point, the sellers had to make a tough decision. In the end, a shared connection helped make the decision a little easier.

Itโ€™s a good reminder that real estate isnโ€™t always just about price and terms. When offers are close, relationships, communication, and finding a genuine connection can matter too.
