Continuing education classes that involve learning about Portland’s history are my favorite, especially when Eric Wheeler is the teacher. Growing up here I have enjoyed each little pocket from my own vantage point but it is always a treat to spend time learning more about what makes the neighborhoods unique. This week I had the opportunity to learn about two of my most favorite, Garthwick and Portland Heights.

Also funny - the photos I decided to take in both neighborhoods happened to be storybook homes…dreamy!

This transaction was a result of neighborhood + and amazing Windermere network in action. I am so excited to see my buyers vision come to life on this sweet plot.

Lessons learned….reminded:

I would hands down love the house that comes with this structure. My buyers know I am quick to point out uneven floors but an off kilter doorframe takes it to another level.
