Coeur d'Alene Regional Realtors reported that in January Kootenai County’s median price for single-family homes reached $562,000—its highest in over three years—with 667 active listings and 143 sales, slightly down from last year. Shoshone County saw its median price jump 27% based on six sales. (Coeur d'Alene Press)
