Every smooth closing has a lender behind it who did the work early.

For our clients that is Kendra Lamanna at New American Funding. Correspondent lender with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Licensed in 20 states. In mortgage since 2016.

What that means in practice is options. Down payment assistance, non QM products, conventional. She finds the fit instead of forcing one.

She also explains it. Our clients come off her calls knowing exactly what they signed up for, which is not the standard experience in this business.
