Erica Fink is a wife, mom, investor, flipper, business owner, recycler and philanthropist. Her husband Ethan Fink is a commercial electrician by trade and also has extensive knowledge of the other trades, which makes him the perfect partner in all things real estate and Life! Her son Alex is 18 and she currently has two rescue pitbull fur babies. Erica and Ethan manage several rental properties and have also flipped several houses together. Erica launched REEF (Real Estate by Erica Fink) in 2023, a consulting and strategy business, to assist other investors with their real estate needs. A lifetime recycler means that discarded items from 1 flip might get used on another flip and occasionally furniture on the side of the road gets upcycled to be used for staging later on. This passion for turning trash into treasure is one of the reasons flipping houses is so gratifying. Growing up in San Diego helped foster her love of all things Ocean and as a result, REEF will donate a portion of every sale to ocean conservation.
