These amazing clients just purchased an investment property in St. George, Utah. They’re originally from Montana and have come to St. George these past couple of years for vacation, and with time they felt in love with Southern Utah. From washing dishes at Dixie College to being nominated for “Best of Southern Utah” for the second year in a row. 🤯😳 That’s crazy news to me. I’ve been pondering about my journey in the U.S ever since I got this nomination.
My first job when I got to the United States was washing dishes at the snack bar at Dixie University in St. George, Utah. I did that for about a month. Then, I got promoted to take food orders 👏🏼, but I made a couple of mistakes with customers 🤦🏻‍♂️ so my supervisor sent me back to washing dishes; I quickly got demoted🤷🏻‍♂️🤣🤣
Being an immigrant in this country is challenging, but motivating. During that time, one of my best friends contacted me and encouraged me to apply to Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. I applied at BYU and a few months later I got accepted for the summer semester. I was scared but excited for the experience I was about to face. While I was going to college, I got a job teaching Spanish to the missionaries in the Missionary Training Center (MTC) which was one of the best jobs I’ve had. After 5 years of going to college, I graduated with a Business degree. 😅
Here I am now thinking about my first experiences I had as an immigrant in this country. The moral of the story is to never give up on your dreams. Work hard and do your best to accomplish your goals.
I currently do real estate in St. George, Utah and have helped lots of families in Spanish and English to reach the American dream of purchasing a property for their families.

I just accomplished a milestone in my career that honestly feels unreal… I was just informed that Zillow recognized me as a top agent in the real estate industry. INSANE!! 🤯

This one hits different because I never imagined something like this for myself. When I first came to the U.S., I couldn’t even speak English. I faced culture shock, language barriers, fear, and moments where I doubted myself. There were times when everything felt harder than it should’ve been, but I kept going.

Along the way, God placed the right people in my life at the right moments, and their support helped me grow, learn, and push forward. 18 years later, here I am… helping others achieve the American dream by either buying or selling homes.

Real estate isn’t just my job—it’s my passion. I truly love what I do, and I’m beyond grateful for the constant support from my family, friends and clients. None of this would’ve been possible without you.
