🌴 We’re not breaking up… we’re just avoiding Florida summer and taking a break!😅☀️

After much discussion with regular attendees ,we’ve decided to put BayConnect on summer break for July, August, and September!

Between the heat, vacations, and everyone’s packed summer schedules, these months are traditionally our slowest of the year. Rather than force it, we’re taking a short pause and will return this October.

Thank you to everyone who has joined us over the past year and helped make BayConnect such a welcoming space for connection, community, and a few cocktails along the way. 🍻

Enjoy your summer, stay cool, and we’ll see you back at the Hollander Hotel this fall!

April continued the theme of a healthy, active market across both Hillsborough and Pinellas. Buyers are still showing up and closing deals, and home prices are holding firm, actually ticking higher compared to both last month and a year ago. Homes that are priced well are not sitting long.
