My Story

Angela Grannan is a native of the Midwest that visited the Gulf Coast of Florida as a child and throughout high school and college. Those family trips sparked a desire to live and raise a family in the area. She began her career in commercial real estate due diligence more than 20 years ago and has grown her education and expertise to include buying and selling residential and commercial real estate. Her background in the pre-purchase process gives her the detailed knowledge to assist clients through the entire process, beginning to end.

In her spare time, Angela is an avid runner, cyclist, and gardener, and loves that she and her family can take advantage of these activities year round. She also loves personally renovating her Mediterranean home and finding unique furniture to repurpose. It is not unusual to see her with a sledge hammer, drill, or paint brush in her hand. Most importantly, she loves helping people find their own piece of paradise. She lives in South Pasadena with her Husband Chad, two children, and two dogs.
