Hi everyone! I’m Kathie, and I’m so excited to be the friendly face behind this rental page! 😊
I’ve been with Investment Property Management for almost three years, and one of my favorite parts of my job is getting to meet new people and help prospective tenants find a place they can call home. I also truly enjoy helping our current residents with their needs throughout their time with us. Over the years, many of our tenants become more than just residents — they become part of our little property management family. ❤️
I’m a Property Manager and have earned my real estate license, which allows me to better serve our clients and help make the rental process as smooth as possible.
A little bit about me outside of work… I’ve been married for 20 years and am a proud mom to my son, who is 26 and recently earned his Master’s Degree in Finance. Watching him work hard and accomplish his goals has been one of my greatest joys. ❤️
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me enjoying the simple things — scrapbooking, baking and cooking, curling up with a good book (I’m a big fan of James Patterson and Debbie Macomber!), or relaxing at home. I’m definitely a “stay-at-home girl” at heart. A quiet evening and a cozy staycation can be just as wonderful as a big vacation! 😊
