A first of it’s kind app, Busca Tu Casa (translated Find Your Home), now connects Spanish speaking homebuyers and realtors. As reported by Yahoo! News the app is a gamechanger, putting potential homebuyers and sellers first, by making the terms available in their native tongue. It’s timely arrival greets the largest growing market in American realty: Spanish speaking people.
By networking Spanish speaking agents and their potential market, the app aims to be the primary resource to an often overlooked customer base. Developed by Jason Galaz - Team Lead at eXp Realty and Founder of Find A Home, Inc., Ruuster, and Follow Up Boss, Busca Tu Casa began in an effort to help prevent Spanish speaking homebuyers from being defrauded or intimidated by the complex process of homebuying. It combines the latest in technology with a massive referral network, and opens customer access to MLS’ so they can choose from fluent realtors and lenders - en Español. The idea, inspired by social conscious movements of the Chicano community, is here just in time to serve it’s intended purpose beyond Hispanic Heritage Month.
The app works for both clients and realtors of all brokerages, and is available on both iPhone and Android now. Busca Tu Casa already works for listings in 13 States, with the goal of being nationwide soon. Realtors wishing to join the referral network can request a seat now.
