Congratulations to my clients, Rocio and Nelson, on getting their offer accepted! 🎉🏡 This is what determination, patience, and discipline look like.

We first started talking about real estate a few years ago. Last year, we got serious about the home search, but before we could move forward, we had to spend time getting the financing and pre-approval pieces right.
