Hi, I’m Caitlin—Your local Santa Barbara Mom and Realtor!

I celebrated my first full year at Compass Brokerage this past weekend. I am also speaking at my Alma Mater, Pepperdine University next week to the student athletes and I’m so excited. Here’s a proper introduction post:

I’m a business owner and entrepreneur, mom of two and married to my Santa Barbara sweetheart, Brian. I am the oldest of five kids and am born and raised in Santa Barbara, CA. I grew up in a family of builders, investors and Real Estate professionals, so this town and its homes have always been a big part of my life.

Before Real Estate, I enjoyed attending local schools in town and received a great education here and a beautifully well rounded childhood in Santa Barbara. I went on to college and played Division 1 Indoor and Beach Volleyball at Pepperdine.

We won three National Championships (two team titles 2012/2014 & one individual pairs title in 2012) with my team and beach partner Summer Ross. I was the first sand volleyball scholarship athlete, which was a gift from God! I am grateful for women’s sports and how they continue to shape me.

Collegiate athletics taught me many aspects in business I use daily. How to trust the process, stay steady under pressure and bring my hard work and experiences into deals and negotiations. I have now spent over a decade in the Real Estate industry in many facets. I am honored and humbled to be recognized among the top 1.5% of Residential Real Estate Agents nationwide with Compass.

I am always around for any questions you may have in the Residential Real Estate world. I am a local Mom and enjoy being a resource for all things Santa Barbara! I have great referral partners in all realms of the business and am in close contact with trusted vendors, lenders, contractors, designers and any connection you may need for your home.
