PSA- I went to a closing yesterday and the title agent told me, many agents don’t attend their closings? I was shocked. Agents- attend your closings with your buyers and sellers if they are at the table. If you dont, I promise you, you probably wont be at the next one they have.

Seller tip. Is an “as is” offer always as is? As a seller in Florida, make sure you properly disclose everything or even get a home inspection to 1. Fix flaws or 2. Disclose flaws. If not, more than likely you will be in another negotiation after inspections. Unfortunately, as is, isnt always as is. Heads up.
