As a self-starter, Matt always strives to learn and expand his knowledge so he can better help his customers with their buying and selling needs. Working as a Realtor since 2005, Matt shares his expertise and experience with not only his customers locally along the beautiful Emerald Coast, but across the county. Traveling through Europe while studying abroad via the University of Kansas, Matt worked for an architect in Paris that gleaned great experiences into the world of architecture and design. Matt is no stranger to the design and management of timeless properties either, having assisted hands-on in the design and project management aspects of custom homes built in classic neighborhoods and world-class resorts along our beautiful Emerald Coast. Always learning, these experiences formed the foundation Matt needed to tame the challenging and rigorous building and structural requirements along the 30-A corridor. When he’s not busy serving the needs of his clients, Matt is an avid athlete who has competed in the Florida Ironman in 2012, which tested his strength and endurance as well as his mental toughness. He has also participated in multiple half marathons, 5k and 10k races, three marathons as well as several sprint triathlons. He has also completed in the Ragnar Relay Series with 11 other friends running 200 miles from Miami to Key West. The team finished in the top 10 out of over 300 groups. With an insatiable appetite for knowledge, Matt is currently in the process of obtaining his architectural license and plans to use that knowledge, coupled with his real estate experience, to better serve his clients.
