MONTH MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📈

The Washington housing market continued to see more inventory come online in May, giving buyers greater choice while home prices remained remarkably stable. Buyer activity stayed steady 🏡 as we moved toward the summer market, creating a more balanced environment for both buyers and sellers.

Here's a little breakdown:

• Active listings were up 16.8% compared to May 2025.
• Closed sales increased 9.5% from April, showing continued buyer activity.
• The median sales price held steady at $650,000, down less than 1% from a year ago.
