AUGUST MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

Homebuyers across much of Washington had more properties to consider in August, with active listings increasing significantly from a year ago. While sales and median prices eased, the larger selection gave buyers more choice as they navigated the market.

Here’s a little breakdown:

• Last month's closed sales were 7.6% lower than a year ago.
• There were 22.0% more active listings than last August.
• The median sales price for residential homes and condominiums was $635,000.
