There's always something new to learn in real estate, and that's one of the things I enjoy most about this business.

Last Friday, I attended NOMAR's "Getting to M-L-Yes!" training, where we discussed MLS updates, industry changes, and tools designed to help REALTORS® better serve their clients and navigate an ever-changing market.

I believe education is one of the best investments we can make in ourselves and our businesses. The more informed we are, the better we can guide our clients through one of the most important decisions they'll ever make.

Grateful for the opportunity to learn alongside fellow professionals and bring valuable information back to the clients and communities I serve.

Yesterday, I joined fellow E&V Real Estate advisors for a Lunch & Learn with Suzanne Blades from America’s Preferred Home Warranty. We spent time discussing home warranty coverage, the claims process, and how these programs can help provide added confidence and peace of mind for buyers and sellers throughout a real estate transaction.
