After a busy week, I was so exhausted when I went to bed last night that I accidentally set my alarm for PM instead of AM!

Thank God He is the one who truly wakes us up each morning and not the alarm clock. Otherwise, I would still be sleeping while my flight was headed to DC!

Last week, our Coastal SC Women's Council of Realtors members gathered for Uncork & Connect, an evening dedicated to building relationships, sharing conversations, and strengthening the connections that make our network so special.

One of the things I value most about serving as Events Director is creating opportunities for our members to step away from the daily demands of business and spend time connecting with one another in a meaningful way. Some of the best ideas, partnerships, and friendships begin with a simple conversation.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such a fun evening. Seeing our members show up, support one another, and continue building this incredible community is exactly why I love being part of this organization.

Giving back to the communities we serve is one of the most rewarding parts of being a REALTOR®.

As part of Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® Volunteer Days, I had the opportunity to spend the morning volunteering with Charleston Habitat for Humanity alongside fellow REALTORS® who are committed to making a difference in our community.

CTAR's REALTOR® Volunteer Days are part of NAR's Volunteer Days campaign, with volunteer opportunities taking place throughout the week. The week also includes CTAR's signature event benefiting the REALTORS® Housing Opportunity Fund, helping support housing-related initiatives within our community.

It was truly a pleasure to serve, connect with others, and be part of a project that will help make homeownership possible for another family. Grateful for the opportunity to give back and make a positive impact.

As an entrepreneur, I've learned that preparation goes far beyond my calendar.
When I know I have a busy week ahead, one of the best things I can do for myself is make sure I have food ready to go. Not just food that's healthy, but meals that actually stay fresh throughout the week, travel well, and keep me full between appointments.

These are the three meals currently in my summer rotation. They're simple, packed with flavor, and built for busy days.

One thing I love about this time of year is how easy it is to find fresh, seasonal ingredients that make meal prep feel a little less repetitive and a lot more enjoyable.
