So sometimes we sell a house and it’s all rainbows and sprinkles and hugs and kisses and sold signs. And sometimes we just survive a closing kind of like a kidney stone or a C-section. We’re happy that we’re alive and that we made it to the end, but the process was not our favorite. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

This closing definitely falls into category number two. A very big thank you to my sellers who kept it together in the face of adversity and a lot of delays and a lot of bank drama and congratulations to the new family moving into this home who also had to face the same obstacles, but came out on the other end with a great home that was perfect for their family.

Selling a house, especially in certain subdivisions that have a lot of competition, can be extremely challenging, so I’m glad at the end of the day everyone went HOME and my clients and I are together til death us part or closing🩷

Congratulations on closing this chapter and happy memories in your new home 🏠  HOA free might I add 😉

A little sad I missed this closing, though I have never missed one in a decade and this was the very first time I was not there to personally give someone their keys to their new house but mad shout out to Kiel Gallant , Jessica Baird, Ashley Beames and Daisy Selepack Godfrey aka the dream team for finishing out this transaction for me while I took my first true non working family vacation!
