The best time to learn about your housing and aging options is before you are forced to make a decision.

Our recent “Should I Stay?” panel brought together knowledgeable professionals to discuss what it truly takes to remain safely and successfully at home. Those who attended left with more than information—they left with resources, trusted connections and practical next steps.

Even the professionals on the panel learned from one another. That is what makes these conversations so valuable. Aging well is rarely about finding one person with every answer. It is about building the right team and understanding your options early enough to make thoughtful decisions.

Okay, let's talk about the STUFF. 😂

If you've lived in your house for 20, 30, 40+ years, chances are you've accumulated a lot of it.

And I hear this all the time:
“But my kids will want this.”

Maybe.

But before you continue storing that china cabinet for another decade, you might want to ask them. 😂

🎂 🎉🥳 Today (your birthday) and every single day…..I want you to know this…

My love ❤️ for you runs so deep, I don’t even have words big enough to hold it. It lives in every fiber of who I am. There is not a moment on this earth where I wouldn’t choose you, stand for you, or sacrifice for you without hesitation.

I hope I’ve shown you that life isn’t perfect… that it’s messy and beautiful and hard all at once. And that YOU, my sweet beautiful girl, have everything inside of you to rise, to dream big, to dance in the rain anyway, and to keep going no matter what.
