Some closings just hit a little differently. 🏡

Watching this young man grow up alongside my son through years of baseball fields, tournaments, and family memories makes this one extra special. What started as his brother playing baseball with Gavin quickly became some of our closest friends.

I couldn’t be more proud of the man he has become — smart, driven, successful, and genuinely one of the good guys. He serves our country in the Army Reserves while also serving our community as a firefighter for the City of Chesapeake… and now he’s officially a homeowner! 🇺🇸🚒

It has truly been an honor helping someone we’ve watched grow into such an incredible person reach this milestone.
Congratulations on your new home — it is so well deserved, and I know this is only the beginning of many more great things ahead!
