My name is Andria Lang and I define myself as the following- follower of Jesus, wife, mama, and real estate agent! I was six months pregnant with our first child and I didn’t know what I was going to do next. I had sold mortgages for a brief amount of time so I knew that side of the industry, but when my husband suggested I get my real estate license I thought he was nuts! Little did I know, that
everything I was interested in and my previous career was leading me to where I belonged. Real estate. I graduated from Iowa State University in 2007. I started there as a design major because of my passion for all things home décor and design. I quickly found out that I couldn’t draw. So, I left that major and became a public relations major with a minor in special events. I wanted something that involved design but that was also always moving and changing. Something that was “go, go, go.” This lead me to my career in development and fundraising in the non-profit sector for 10 years. One day I came home and told my husband that I wanted to sell jewelry from one of those pyramid companies. He quickly vetoed that and said “why don’t you sell homes?” I looked at him cross-eyed, but decided to do it! Since becoming a realtor in 2015 I have had the honor of being recognized as a top 25 agent in my company and a top 5% agent in the state of Iowa. I married my husband Nick in 2015 and we have three children. Landon, Ryann and Brooks. We also have a black lab, Teddy who I refer to as my fourth child. My family is my everything. Our children are at the age where sports and school activites fill our time. So when I am not selling real estate you can find me at a dance recital or on the soccer fields.
