3 closings for 3 wonderful clients and 3 more homes under contract! Whew! 🏡🎉

This week, I had the privilege of helping a sweet neighbor sell their beautiful home. Sandy Run sure will miss them, but I'm excited for their next chapter!

I also helped a buyer close on their new home in Waynesville, where they'll now be just 5 minutes from their grandkids. ❤️

And congratulations to an amazing first-time homebuyer couple on their new condo! This one came with its fair share of hurdles, but we kept pushing forward and made it to the closing table. Those keys were well worth the wait! 🔑
