After 60 years as a family-owned, independent brokerage, Fazendin Realtors is beginning a new chapter.

We are proud to announce that Fazendin Realtors has merged with Lakes Sotheby’s International Realty.

Since Roger Fazendin founded our company in Wayzata in 1965, three generations of the Fazendin family have shared the same commitment: provide exceptional service, trusted guidance, and deep local knowledge to the clients and communities we serve.

That commitment is not changing.

Our agents will continue to serve their clients with the same personal attention, experience, and care they have come to expect. Our Wayzata office remains our home, and the relationships we have built throughout the Twin Cities remain at the heart of what we do.
