One of the biggest shifts in Brittney’s leadership has been learning that not everyone is built to want the same things in the same way.

Early on, it was easy to assume that if someone wanted to grow, they needed the same pace, intensity, goals, and capacity.

But coaching has taught her something different.

The goal is not to make people become like you.

The goal is to help them better understand themselves.

Their why.
Their strengths.
Their natural way of working.
Their version of success.

That is where the real growth happens.

When people stop trying to force someone else’s path and start building from who they actually are.
