But buyers aren’t shopping in yesterday’s market. They’re shopping in TODAY’S market, and comparing your home to every active listing they can see right now. And the homes that attract the most attention? They’re almost always the ones priced strategically from day one.

Friendly reminder:
→ Overpricing rarely creates leverage.
→ Strategic pricing creates competition.
→ And competition is what leads to the strongest offers.

At the end of the day, the goal isn’t the highest list price...it’s the highest sale price. 🤑

If you’ve been “just looking” on Zillow for months... this post is for you. 📣

I can’t tell you how many people tell me they’ve been casually browsing Zillow for six months, eight months... sometimes even longer.

The funny part? Most of them are much closer to buying than they realize.

You don’t have to start touring homes tomorrow or make an offer next week, but taking the time to figure out what you can afford, understand the process, and have a plan in place means you’ll be ready when the right house comes along, instead of trying to figure everything out at the last minute.

While this may be my job, I know it’s your life. That’s something I’ll never lose sight of, and it’s why I’ll never treat your home like “just another transaction.”
