And some design choices make future renovation-you sit quietly in the corner and reconsider every life decision. 😂

I was out showing homes and came across concrete over flooring. And honestly…the floors had a cool look! Very industrial. Very unique.

But then my Realtor brain immediately pictured someone someday trying to renovate and remove it, and all I could think was…

Bless them. Bless their contractor. Bless every tool involved.

So while I fully support making a home your own, make sure you think of future-you too!

I was waiting outside a showing for my buyer when this cat came strolling out of the woods like it had been waiting all day for my arrival!

It walked right up, rubbed against me, and then stayed this close the entire time I was at this showing.

At one point I started wondering if I was the Realtor…or if the cat was the Realtor and I was just there for backup. 🤔

Kitty was very clingy. Very confident. Evidently knew the neighborhood better than me. 😂

Honestly, I respect the commitment, little kitty. 🐾

I’ll show this neighborhood again anytime, just for the greeting committee! 🫶🏼
