🔹 Wire Fraud – Scammers may send fake emails pretending to be your title company or lender asking you to wire funds to a fraudulent account. Always verify wiring instructions by phone using a trusted number.

🔹 Phantom Listings – Some scammers post fake homes for sale or rent that don’t actually exist just to collect deposits or personal information. If a deal seems too good to be true, it probably is.
