At our first meeting, Peter and Denise told me they were searching for their forever home. Pete works out of town 6 months out of the year, and he was very clear that his only priority was making sure Denise has a house she loves. He wanted to sensure that she feels safe, comfortable, and truly at home with their son while he was away. He didn’t care about resale value or his commute to Philadelphia — only their happiness.
