The back terrace at Country Club Of Landfall on a beautiful October evening, cocktails in hand, live music playing, and the faces of people we genuinely love seeing! Clients who have become neighbors, neighbors who have become friends, and a few who just feel like family at this point.

I am so happy for these buyers! When we walked through 2024 Ashland Court together and stepped out onto that back porch - golf course stretching out in front of us, pond catching the light, firepit just waiting to be used. I watched them both just exhale. That’s the moment you know.

The annual Pink Ribbon event at Country Club Of Landfall was a beautiful reminder of what makes this community so special! The way people come together for something bigger than themselves, year after year.

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is personal for so many of us. Whether you came to honor someone you love, someone you’ve lost, or simply to stand alongside your neighbors in solidarity, yesterday mattered. And it showed.

Ruth’s Chris on the Thalian Hall stage. Three dance performances. 5,000 One Tree Hill fans. A wedding on Figure Eight Island. And a daughter directing her first commercial. Just another week in Wilmington. 🤍

We say this a lot, and we mean it every time! This city never stops surprising us with what it has to offer.

This week started with a catered dinner by Ruth's Chris Wilmington on the center stage of Thalian Hall one of those evenings that reminds you how extraordinary this historic theater is. From there, three incredible performances by Forward Motion Dance Company for Cape Fear Arts in Motion.

Then came the One Tree Hill convention, and this year was something extra special. Nearly 5,000 fans came to Wilmington to celebrate 23 years since the show first aired, including the “Hey 23” Ravens basketball game that brought the whole celebration to life in the most Wilmington way possible. 🏀

Then the One Tree Hill convention, which brought nearly 5,000 fans to Wilmington, including dear friend Barbara Alyn Woods, who bought her home here while filming the show and has been one of Becky’s closest friends ever since. Sharing her experience at these conventions never gets old. 🎬

We wrapped the week with a beautiful wedding on Figure Eight Island - the kind of coastal ceremony that makes everything feel a little more magical.

And then, the moment we’re so proud of - Becky’s daughter directed a commercial for Jesse’s Restaurant & Bar as a film school project for Cape Fear Community College. Watching her bring that creative vision to life in the city we love? So special. 🤍

Wilmington isn’t just where we work. It’s where we live, where we’ve raised my family, and where we get to share something genuinely special with every buyer and seller who walks through my door. There is always something happening here, and honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way!
