One does not simply refuse to honor the DDRA. 😐

Wild concept, I know: you sign an agreement to make repairs… and then you make the repairs.

The other side on a recent deal needed a reminder. I provided one — professionally, and in full accordance with the signed contract. Work completed, client covered.

This is the unglamorous part of the job nobody memes about…until now. 😊
