About Me
I communicate effectively and frequently – Deciding who you want to work with is a Big Decision! For Sellers: I understand your need for an agent who will communicate about what is being done to sell your listing, what you can do to make your listing more desirable to buyers, and to touch base often about your listing. I will work hard for you from Listing Date to Closing Date - I am a very hands-on agent who will take an active, continual role in working to sell your home, rather than being the type of agent who will get the listing, put the sign up, and then never do another thing until a buyer contacts me. You will receive a complimentary CMA - In order to assist you with understanding your home’s current market value, I will always do a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) prior to listing your home so we are on the same page as to listing price. You will see, not only the current listings that are your competition, but I will also show you those homes which have sold in the 6 months which are comparable to your home, so you can see what price they are actually selling for. Having all of the information you need to make an educated decision about the listing price of your house will help you sell for the best price possible and not become stagnant on the market. Additional perks you receive when you list with me; listing on MLS, as well as other internet home buying websites and the backing of Lamacchia Realty. For Buyers: I realize your need to find someone who is knowledgeable of the market and knows the area that you are looking to purchase your home is paramount. You will know what’s on the market, new and current listings as well as recent price changes to homes. I will actively be invovled in your search and purchase process from your first showing to your closing date, i will help you and be there to support you through the journey.
