The thought of leaving was very hard for them, but life was becoming more difficult by the day. Grass cutting, snow shovelling and managing only one car was taking a toll on their happiness. Costs kept rising but their income wasn’t.

They had never sold a home before and the thought of that plus moving was overwhelming.

I helped them step by step using my Freedom By Design Method and we had multiple offers and sold quickly.

Now they are living a much easier life in Collingwood with underground parking, lawns are taken care of and everything is walkable. They even walk to the waterfront to watch the sunset along safe treed trails.
