..Typically includes lawn maintenance, landscaping, eavestroughs & duct cleaning.. but should ALWAYS include, dryer duct vents from the outside. I cleaned mine last summer, and the flap fell off.. thinking "I'll get that back on later .. "

Well, while helping my neighbor.. something caught my eye and now I'm pretty sure I've got a small family of birds in there!

We truly appreciate the kind words from these fantastic clients. After a stressful sale in Yellowknife, they relied heavily on us to drive the bus for them here in AB.

As agents, it sounds a lil off advising clients that "the best time to buy is now" ... but the proof is in the pudding!

Congratulations to my seller for staying patient. They were rewarded by gaining an EYE POPPING 😍😍 17% return today, than where they would have been if they'd have sold in 2019/20 when they were originally planning too.

Considering we see an average of a 1-3% price increase year over year... 17% is a big deal!!

A massive congratulations to Grass Roots Realty Group Kyal Webber and his clients, as well. Just a few short weeks and family BBQ's can commence down the road 🙌🏾😍😁
