This is not 2022.

Fraser Valley home prices are down 24% from that peak in 202, but sellers still have prices from that year in their head.

Unfortunately, buyers don't have the same sentiment. They're looking at what sold last week or last month. Not a few years ago.

So if you want your home to get sold in a timely manner, this is the one thing that is going to move the needle.

The backyard ruined it for us.

Can't look at any other house because this one simply has it all. (especially if you like views and outdoor areas.)
